The 2012 production of Carousel directed by Jo Davies is to tour nationally following a sell-out run at the Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris, with whom this is a co-production.

Written by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, the score of Carousel includes "If I Loved You", "June is Bustin' Out All Over" and "You'll Never Walk Alone". The story is based on the Ferenc Molnar play Liliom as adapted by Benjamin Glaser.

Other classics from Rodgers and Hammerstein include The Sound of Music, Oklahoma! and The King and I.

Keith Higham will play Billy Bigelow, Gillene Butterfield will play Julie Jordan, and Yvonne Howard will play Nettie. The conductor is James Holmes.
