Pat Roach Dies Actor Pat Roach, best known for playing Bomber in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, has died at the age of 67. He had been ill with cancer for some time. He began his career as a wrestle, becoming british and European heavyweight champion, and went to appear in three Indiana Jones films, the Bond movie Never Say Never Again, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, Conan the Destroyer, Willow and Auf Wiedersehen, Pet. Because of his illness he was unable to start work on the latest series, currently being filmed in Thailand. The cast and crew of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet said,"We are completely heartbroken and our hearts and condolences go out to Pat’s family."
