Redgrave Suffers Heart Attack Corin Redgrave is "critical but stable" in hospital after suffering a heart attack. He was speaking at a meeting in Basildon yesterday evening when he collapsed. A spokesman for Essex Police said specially trained officers had restarted Redgrave's heart before he was transferred to Basildon Hospital. The council meeting was to discuss a travellers' camp at Cray's Hill which was declared illegal by a planning inspector in May and to decide whether to evict the families which still remain. Redgrave was speaking in support of the familes when he collapsed.
