Legendary film actor Sir Roger Moore is to play a series of exclusive dates, one of them coming to Manchester Opera House November 9.

Celebrating 70 years in show business this year, the Hollywood legend and James Bond star chats with biographer Gareth Owen about his extraordinary life and career.

There will also be a unique opportunity to put an audience question, live, at the end of the show.

Roger said of his visit to Manchester, "in 2002, I stepped out onto the turf at Old Trafford to join Sir Alex Ferguson in support of a UNICEF match.

"To witness 60,000 supporters gather in the stands and applaud was something I'll never forget, and I'm hopeful the crowds at the Opera House will be similarly kind to me."
