Artistic director of the National Theatre Rufus Norris is to speak at No Boundaries, the creative industry's annual conference, when it takes place in March next year.

Other participants include artist-founder of Touretteshero Jess Thom, Evie Manning, artistic director of Common Wealth Theatre, director of Tate Modern Frances Morris and the writer Nikesh Shukla.

From outside of the theatre field are Rachel Coldicutt, CEO of Dot Everyone, which looks at the challenges that have arrived with the Internet, Claire Doherty, director of public art organisation Situations, and the economist Vicky Pryce.

No Boundaries will be held simultaneously in both Manchester at HOME, Manchester and Hull at Hull Truck Theatre as part of Hull UK City of Culture 2017 programme.

The conference will consider the future of the creative industry as it faces the challenges and opportunities thrown up in the wake of recent political, socio-economic, environmental and technological changes.

Numbers are limited but tickets are available at various price levels with free delegate passes to those for whom price is a barrier to attendance.

No Boundaries takes place on 28 and 29 March with events at HOME, Manchester and Hull Truck Theatre.
