The Flanagan Collective’s new interactive stage adaptation of Britain’s greatest fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes, will open Manchester’s newest theatre in the Great Northern Warehouse on Deansgate.

The Great Northern Theatre, a pop-up venue, aims to bring unique and immersive productions to its 100-seat capacity black box space.

The theatre will open with York Theatre Royal’s associate company The Flanagan Collective (Babylon, Beulah), which has teamed up with Manchester-based producers Hartshorn-Hook (Woody Sez, The Blues Brothers Live!) and Rob Ward of Working Progress (Away From Home, The C Project), to present a new version of Sherlock Holmes.

It will take place between October 7-11.
