Shout! in the West End The sixties musical Shout! will have its West End premiere at the Arts Theatre in a 10-week season from 29th April (previews from 17th) to 28th June. Based on a concept by Philip George and David Lowenstein, adapted for the UK by Julie Balloo and directed and choreographed by Bill Deamer, the "swinging sixties" musical toured the UK last year. The cast will include Su Pollard who headlined the tour. The show follow three young girls as they arrive to try their luck in London at the start of the sixties and features many of the hits of the decade, including 'Downtown', 'Shout', 'Son Of A Preacher Man', 'Only Wanna Be With You', 'I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself', 'You Don't Have To Say You Love Me', 'To Sir With Love' and 'These Boots Are Made For Walking'.
