Coming Next to Southwark
Southwark Playhouse has announced its spring season, the first under
new artistic director Gareth Machin:
- Kangaroo Valley by Toby Farrow (24th March to 10th April)
is a Bristol Old Vic production about an Australian backpacker living
in London.
- The Maids by Jean Genet (13th April to 1st May) is produced
by physical theatre company Tour de Force
- The Archbishop’s Ceiling by Arthur Miller (5th to 29th
May) is a Playhouse production, directed by Machin, who was formerly
associate director at the Bristol Old Vic.
