Sunshine and Showers

A dark comedy about a fading variety double act is premièring at Bandit Mugger and Thief, July 20 to 22, as part of Greater Manchester Fringe 2017.

Bill Cronshaw, who grew up in Openshaw and Wythenshawe, opted for Manchester over Edinburgh to première Sunshine and Showers.

The play features three characters and ventriloquist dummies Charlie and Archie Andrews—star of the 1950s television show Educating Archie with Peter Brough.

Bill, who has his own theatre company called Dreamshed, specialises in staging shows at small venues.
