Feilden Clegg Bradley, a Stirling Prize award-winning architectural practice, will be the architects of Bolton Octagon’s major capital redevelopment project.
Taking place at the end of the 50th anniversary season, this project will safeguard the Octagon for future generations, making it more environmentally sustainable and financially efficient and allowing for greater artistic and technological innovation.
Amongst Feilden Clegg Bradley’s work is Manchester School for Arts and the major redevelopment of the Southbank Centre in London.
Contractors for the redevelopment will be Willmott Dixon, already delivering a number of building projects in Bolton.
