The Return of the Soldier is an intimate new chamber musical with music by Charles Miller and book and lyrics by Tim Sanders which opens on 2 September at London's Jermyn Street Theatre.
Presented to coincide with the centenary of the First World War, it is based on Rebecca West's 1918 novel of the home front and tells the story of three women affected by the return of a shell–shocked soldier.
