Oh What A Lovely War enjoyed a sell-out run earlier this year in the venue where it was first devised some 50 years ago, the Theatre Royal Stratford East.
Multi–award winning writer and director, Terry Johnson’s production will play the venue again for two weeks prior to a national tour.
Wendi Peters, best known for her role as Cilla Battersby in Coronation Street, Ian Reddington, ‘Tricky Dickie’ Cole in Eastenders and Vernon Tomlin in Coronation Street, and Christopher Villiers, Grayson Sinclair in Emmerdale, are in the ensemble cast which includes Emma Crossley, Marcus Ellard, Alex Giannini, Richard Glaves, Lauren Hood, Alice Bailey Johnson, William Oxborrow, Mark Prendergast, Neil Stewart and Bleu Woodward.
After its run at Theatre Royal Stratford East from 29 January to 7 February, the production will tour to:
