Ian Knocks ALW off Top Spot

David Ian, chair of Live Nation, the recently "spun-off" global theatre division of Clear Channel Entertainment (and previously MD of Clear Channel Europe), tops the Stage 100, the theatre newspaper's annual round-up round up of the most important and influential people in British theatre, while the top man of last year, Andrew Lloyd Webber, drops two places to third.

The Stage's top twenty (last year's position in brackets) are:
