Dateline: 10th September, 2003 True or Falsetto? Ernesto Tomasini in True or Falsetto? (A Secret History of the Castrati) is re-running at London's Drill Hall and is again selling out quickly. BTG reviewer Gill Stoker loved the show: "(Tomasini) is flamboyant, versatile, energetic, fascinating to watch and a joy to listen to, both singing and speaking. An image of him stays in the mind for days afterwards. If a CD of his singing had been on sale, I would have bought one. Ernesto is the besto!" True or Falsetto opens tonight and runs until 27th September.
