One Man, Two Guvnors
Rock of Ages

The National Theatre's production of One Man, Two Guvnors comes to Newcastle's Theatre Royal from Monday to Saturday (hear our interview with lead actor Gavin Spokes in the BTG podcast).

Northern Stage has moved to Edinburgh's King's Hall where it will present 20 shows from around the North for the duration of the Fringe.

Rock of Ages plays at Sunderland Empire from Monday to Saturday.

At the Customs House in South Shields Peter Gill's Talbot House runs on Monday and Tuesday, on Thursday Tom Kelly and friends present Glory in the Fire, an afternoon of poetry, music, film and photography marking the centenary of World War One, and on Saturday the theatre presents its own WW1 centenary project, The World at War, featuring six youth performing arts groups from across the region.

At The Maltings in Berwick from Thursday to Saturday, Tideline Runners Theatre Company presents a new musical, Sam and Isla Forever, set in Berwick between 1914 and 1974.

On Friday at 6:30, Multi Story Theatre performs Little Brother and Little Sister at the Queen's Hall in Hexham.

On Tuesday, Harrogate Theatre presents The Pantaloons' History of Britain in RHS Harlow Carr Gardens at 7PM.
