Four women are being given the opportunity to join dancers and musicians at Derby Theatre for a live tribute to people who worked in the coal industry.

Gary Clarke’s COAL is on a national tour and will visit Derby Theatre on Tuesday and Wednesday 9 and 10 May. Four women aged over 30 are needed to feature in a small section of the show and play members of the women’s union Women Against Pit Closures. No stage or dance experience is necessary although the role will involve some physical work.
