Write Side of the Brain missfit productions is currently accepting submissions for their debut writers event entitled Write Side of the Brain - a week-long event of exciting new writing at varying stages of development that crosses performing art forms. It is one of the few opportunities to experience both straight theatre and performance art/poetry on the same night. Proposal Guidelinesmissfit productions will select proposals for presentation at the Baron's Court Theatre in May 2006. Each proposal of work must be a maximum of 50 minutes long but shorter presentations are also welcome. Please also include in your proposal what stage of development your work is at. missfit productions will support all artists efforts in finding cast/crew but is not responsible for sourcing cast or crew for any production:
Please include name and full contact details. No CVs: work will be judged on its own merits.
If your work is successful, you will be invited to an informal interview on the 17th March 2006. Each applicant will have a 10-20 minute time slot from 10:30am - 4:30pm. Performance DatesTuesday 16th - Sunday 21st of May 2006. There will be two different performances each night at 7:00 and at 8:15.
