Andrew is originally from Scotland but has lived in Manchester for nearly 30 years. He is University educated and has been reviewing for The British Theatre Guide for 6 years.

Presents weekly arts and culture programmes on two community radio stations in Manchester and has done so since 2005. Co presented / produced a weekly community programme on BBC Radio Manchester.

Researches, reports and produces on documentaries across genres for BBC network radio channels.
