The Wind in the [Willows] Wilton’s

Author(s): Piers Torday
Company: Wilton’s Music Hall

The Wind in the Willows Wilton’s is a festive show for all the family, giving the original Edwardian tale a contemporary twist with heroes. Nervous Mole, happy go lucky Rat, outrageous Toad and curmudgeonly Badger tackle climate issues (although Toad seems less keen) and offer a tale of sustainable hope. There will be songs and puppetry, not to mention a picnic or two.

The cast includes Darrell Brockis as Toad, Eastenders star Melody Brown as Badger, Tom Chapman as Weasel, Paula James as Duck, Corey Montague-Sholay as Mole, Chris Nayak as Otter and Rosie Wyatt as Rat.

It will feature original live songs by Piers Torday and Chris Warner under the lighting of Zoe Spurr with movement from Emma Brunton and puppetry from Samuel Wyer.
