Round-up

There are a few other events on my list (and not all of the shows I have mentioned will be reviewed by me personally) but that, largely, is my Fringe for this year as it appears a week before I leave Cheshire for the, hopefully, not-too-wet Edinburgh summer. Of course it all may change.

I will also be spending a day at Edinburgh Zoo and looking forward to grabbing a bite at the Elephant and Bagel, the Book Festival, the Pie Maker, one of the many crepe vans and perhaps that stall in George Square Gardens where I got a very nice pad Thai last year.

Edinburgh in August is busy, noisy and exhausting, filled with disappointments as well as some great discoveries, but I always miss it when I don't go.
