A Tender Thing at The Dukes

Preparations are under way in Lancaster for The Dukes' first homegrown production of the autumn season—A Tender Thing—inspired by Morecambe.

Old romantics are in for a treat with a re-telling of Shakespeare’s greatest love story set at the Lancashire seaside.

A Tender Thing imagines what would have happened to Romeo and Juliet had they lived beyond their youth, focusing on the end of a married life spent loving, bickering and laughing.
