Cranko’s Card Game, George Balenchine’s Slaughter on Tenth Avenue which was created for the musical On Your Toes! and Macmillan’s Elite Syncopations which features the music of Richard Rodgers take to the stage from Wednesday until Saturday, 19 to 22 February.

David Bintley’s ballet to Benjamin Britten’s only commissioned ballet score, The Prince of the Pagodas was rapturously received at its première by the National Ballet of Japan in 2011.

The creative team includes War Horse designer Rae Smith.

Accompanying Birmingham Royal Ballet will be the company’s full-time orchestra, the Royal Ballet Sinfonia under the musical directorship of Koen Kessels.

The Prince of the Pagodas runs from Wednesday 19 February until Saturday 1 March.
