A Shoddy Detective

A Shoddy Detective & The Art of Deception is at St Cuthberts Church Hall in Blyth July 8–9.

It’s slapstick comedy inspired by classics and is heading up to the Edinburgh Fringe.

A bumbling detective is called upon to uncover the mystery of a priceless stolen painting, but when he cannot solve it himself he is forced to enlist the help of an old nemesis.

Since becoming established in 2018, Shoddy became an Arts Council funded company, who have sold out their runs at the Camden Fringe and New Normal Festival.
