A free family festival will be taking place at Queens Park, Bolton, on August 17.

The Switch Diversity Festival will be a celebration of cultural diversity with performances and live music on two stages, a big screen showing community films, storytelling workshops, arts and crafts, food, fashion and more.

Sports activities will also be provided and the festival will conclude with a parade that will include puppetry and pyrotechnics.

For more information about the festival, to volunteer or to arrange a stall or activity for your group or organisation, contact Millie Cunliffe on 01204 556501 or e-mail [email protected].
