Bridge, an outdoor experience produced by Coventry-based live events company Imagineer, is to have two residencies in 2021, in Liverpool and the London borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Bridge is created by artistic director Orit Azaz who commented, “the themes of Bridge seem more relevant than ever as we continue to feel the impact of the pandemic on all our lives. For us, Bridge offers a means of celebrating creativity and inclusivity as well as allowing us to invite people safely back together outdoors to share fun and playful experiences.

“Bridge also allows us to support artists and creatives through employment opportunities as the outdoor arts sector tentatively looks ahead to a summer of outdoor performances.”

Bridge culminates in three days of outdoor activity, including a large-scale outdoor circus-theatre performance.

Bridge will appear in Barking and Dagenham from Thursday 8 until Saturday 10 July. It can also be seen in Liverpool from Thursday 5 until Saturday 7 August. There will be evening performances on Fridays and Saturdays.

There will also be a one-off performance in Stockton, County Durham as part of Stockton International Riverside Festival on Thursday 29 July.
