Stage Experience: chance for budding actors at the Regent

Stoke’s Regent Theatre is offering budding actors and dancers the chance to experience what it is like to work on a professionally run production.

The venue is organising a two-month project called Stage Experience, with successful applicants working on For the King’s Shilling, a new performance to commemorate the events of World War I.

Stage Experience will run from Tuesday 30 September until Friday 31 October. Rehearsals will be on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.

Auditions will be held at the Potteries Museum, Stoke on Saturday 2 August from 10AM until 4PM.

Anyone interested should contact Laura Stacey at the Regent’s creative learning department on 01782 211214 or e-mail [email protected] for an application form before Friday 23 May.
