Razzle dazzle: Chicago

Young performers are needed for Buxton Opera House’s production of the musical Chicago.

Chief executive Paul Kerryson, who will direct, said, “this is a superb opportunity for local performers to appear in one of the most famous musicals of all time.

“We’re looking for dancers, singers and actors of all genders to perform roles in this story of murder, corruption and treachery. If you’re between the ages of 16 and 30, apply for an audition.”

Anyone interested in auditioning must complete an application form which can be found on the Buxton Opera House web site. It should be sent to [email protected] by Friday 20 December. Auditions for all roles will be held on Sunday 5 January at 2:30PM.

Chicago will be performed in the Pavilion Arts Centre, Buxton from Thursday 28 until Sunday 31 May 2020.
