More than 30 events have already been booked in for the 2024 Buxton Fringe and organisers are warning that a discounted early entry fee will run out at the end of February.
Drama will include Ava Hunt Theatre’s presentation of Harold Pinter’s dark comedy A Slight Ache, Keyhole Theatre Company’s version of O’Brien’s Dream by Bill Morrison, a “heart-rending tale of famine in 19th century Liverpool, and Australia’s Nuworks theatre company’s performing “revolutionary epic musical” The Shoemaker of Havana as well as a musical adaptation of Treasure Island.
Buxton Fringe will run from Wednesday 3 until Sunday 21 July. The early-bird entry fee is £55. The closing date for entries for the printed programme is Sunday 14 April.
