Radio ga ga: Roland Gent tunes into Buxton Fringe

Roland Gent’s show for Buxton Festival Fringe carries a warning: fans of The X-Factor may find Do You Remember Rock ‘n’ Roll Radio? offensive.

It is the tale of a man’s ambition to work in radio instead of sales. But every job has its pitfalls, as he finds at England’s worst radio station in a high crime area.

Do You Remember Rock ‘n’ Roll Radio? features reminiscences about the history of radio and some of the worst gaffes ever.

The show which includes adult humour can be seen at Underground Venues on Monday 14 July at 8:30PM, Saturday 19 at 5:45PM, Sunday 20 at 10PM and Monday 21 at 8:30PM.
