Director Charlotte Gwinner has been appointed associate director at Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse and will take up the position in 2013.
Gwinner was appointed through the Quercus Trust Award 2013 and will work with the National Theatre as well as the Everyman and Playhouse during the one-year scheme.
During her time with the Liverpool theatres she will direct a main-stage production in either the Everyman or Playhouse and will work with senior members of the National Theatre and Everyman and Playhouse’s artistic team.
Charlotte was previously associate director at The Bush Theatre from 2009 to 2011 and is the founder and artistic director of Angle Theatre in East London.
