Chris's associate role at Oldham

Chris Lawson

Oldham Coliseum Theatre has appointed Chris Lawson associate director, responsible for the Coliseum’s studio programme, new writing programme and support for emerging artists, as well as directing productions including one main-house show a year.

Chris is a theatre director with credits at theatres across London and beyond who specialises in working with new writing, emerging artists and reimagining classic texts.

He comes to the Coliseum from the Almeida Theatre, London, where he most recently directed Oedipus as part of the Almeida Greek Season.
