The Greater Manchester Fringe Festival returns for its 11th year in its original summer slot from July 1–31 with shows and premières across multiple venues.
Over the years, GM Fringe has become a hotbed of new performers and writers, with many showcasing their work ahead of Edinburgh Fringe.
The programme of events features more than 100 productions, including drama, comedy, music, mime, children's shows, storytelling, puppetry, visual arts, spoken word, walking tours, running tours at affordable ticket prices. In addition, some of the shows are free to offer access to a non-traditional theatre-going audience.
