The City and Iris

Glass-Eye Theatre brings its touring production of The City and Iris to The Met in Bury on March 26 and return to central Manchester at The Dancehouse on April 7.

The production is described as a “physical, visual and comic feast” and will be the debut for the company at both venues and in Manchester. The action centres around Iris (played by Julia Correa) while ‘The City’ is performed by a chorus of five actors.

Glass-Eye Theatre specialises in physical storytelling. Hailing from five different countries, the company works collaboratively to create storytelling from scratch.
