Free on demand: Jack and the Beanstalk

The Courtyard Hereford is offering a free digital version of its panto Jack and the Beanstalk to care homes, hospitals and hospices for patients who are unable to attend the show in person.

Head of marketing and sales Jessica Prosser said, “as a venue, we’re committed to being as accessible as possible, and the least we could do is provide some free festive entertainment to those who would otherwise miss out at Christmas time.”

The Courtyard’s children’s Christmas show, Hans Christian Anderson’s The Snow Queen, has also been filmed for audiences to watch on demand. It can be accessed on a pay-what-you-can basis from £5 until Sunday 9 January 2022.

Jack and the Beanstalk continues in the Courtyard’s main house until Saturday 8 January. The Snow Queen continues in the Studio until Friday 31 December.
