Ellen Turner and George Adams who'll perform No Big Deal at The Dukes

A double bill of dance with a pinch of humour will be performed in The Round at The Dukes in Lancaster on October 7.

No Big Deal features two dance pieces created and performed by George Adams and Ellen Turner who have previously worked for Lancaster-based Ludus Dance.

In Solitaire, Adams struts about the stage quaffing alcohol and mocking modern culture while throwing in an occasional jab to the dance world.

Ellen Turner was awarded the Turn Prize for choreography in 2012 for Car Door Moment which she will perform as part of the double bill. She trained at The Northern School of Contemporary Dance and was a member of Ludus for two years.

The show is recommended for anyone aged 16+.
