Darren Day will play Captain Hook for the third time in the Northampton Royal and Derngate 2018 panto Peter Pan.
Robin Colvill and James Brandon, better known as the Grumbleweeds, will be Smee and Starkey, Captain Hook’s first mates. Rachael Wooding plays Mimi the Mermaid and the cast also includes street dance troupe Flawless.
Jonathan Kiley, executive producer for Qdos Entertainment which is staging the panto, said, “we’re delighted to have such a wealth of talent, from the amazing routines of Flawless to Darren Day’s uniquely cool take on Captain Hook.
"With the madcap comedy of the Grumbleweeds and singing talent of Rachael Wooding, it’s going to be a panto journey everyone will want to embark on this festive season.”
Peter Pan will run in the Derngate auditorium from Friday 7 until Sunday 30 December.
