Standby For Tape Back-Up

An acclaimed, five-star theatre show comes to The Lowry in Salford on March 14.

Standby For Tape Back-Up is the true story of one man's journey into synchronicity and madness.

The show was a critical hit at the Edinburgh Festival last year and featured on BBC2's The Culture Show as a Fringe highlight.

It's a one-man production written and performed by Ross Sutherland, and is a true story which touches on subjects of memory and amnesia, while incorporating an old videotape found by chance which contains clips from classic pieces of film and TV such as Jaws, Ghostbusters and The Crystal Maze.
