Forever Young

Following three sell-out runs at Nottingham Playhouse, Forever Young, a heart-warming musical comedy, is embarking on its first ever UK Tour.

Giles Croft, artistic director at Nottingham, said: “it’s a show that audiences never seem to tire of. I am delighted old favourites Rebecca Little and John Elkington join the cast once again, but it’s great to be seeing new faces in the 2015 production.”

It’s at Oldham Coliseum from March 4-21.

From Thursday February 19 until March 21, Oldham Coliseum will be the producer of four very diverse plays touring venues across the UK.

The Picture of Doreen Gray, a co-production with LipService Theatre Company, The Mist in the Mirror, a collaboration with visual innovators imitating the dog, Forever Young, a co-production with Nottingham Playhouse and Hindle Wakes, a co-production with Octagon Theatre Bolton, are all on tour running alongside the Coliseum’s in-house spring/summer season.

David Martin, executive officer of Oldham Coliseum, commented: “Our industrious touring programme will help to build the Coliseum’s reputation as a producing theatre on a national scale. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with other great theatre companies and expand our pool of work.”
