Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein will be visiting Middleton Arena, Greater Manchester, in February 2020.

This will be the first time (other than panto) that Middleton Arena has hosted a week-long run and is part of a wider strategy, working with a variety of partners, across a number of venues and events, to broaden the cultural programme across Rochdale borough.

The new theatrical adaptation is adapted by award-winning writer Rona Munro and co-produced by Selladoor, Matthew Townshend Productions, Belgrade Theatre Coventry, and Perth Theatre at Horsecross Arts. The production will tour nationwide and visit Middleton in Greater Manchester from February 24–29.
