Backstage tours and technical workshops will be on offer during a free open day at Stoke’s Regent Theatre on Saturday 27 July.
General manager Andrew Nicklin said, “We’re delighted to give people the chance to come to the theatre and see it like never before.
“There’ll be something for everyone on the day and I would urge people to take a tour and see how we create all the special effects.
“Those who visit will be able to see at first hand what a fantastic venue the Regent is and how proud the area should be of it.”
