Apprenticeships in backstage and technical roles will be unveiled by an independent training provider in a free seminar at London’s National Theatre.
Birmingham-based Creative Alliance is a specialist training provider for creative, digital and marketing jobs. It is staging the backstage theatre apprenticeships seminar at the National on Thursday 20 October from 2 until 5PM.
Noel Dunne, director of Creative Alliance, said, “there’s a crisis in employment in backstage and technical roles, brought about by so many leaving the profession as a result of the closure of venues during the pandemic. This seminar is an opportunity to find out about existing and new apprenticeships created to help rectify this situation and support the sector in building its workforce back up.”
