Patricia Hartshorne and Andrew Yates in G&D

Buxton Fringe award winner Patricia Hartshorne has teamed up with writer and performer Andrew Yates in his new “darkly humorous” play G&D.

Patricia Hartshorne has been taking her solo performances to Buxton since 2000 when she won the comedy award. Now she is really looking forward to working with Andrew Yates again, the pair having previously got together in both theatre and cabaret.

G&D features “God and Satan as you’ve never experienced them before”. It will be performed in the atmospheric setting of the Pauper's Pit which lies beneath the Old Hall Hotel.

Patricia Hartshorne said, “we’ve both performed there before and it’s the perfect space for G&D.”

The play will be staged on Friday 24 July at 1 and 5:45PM and on Saturday 25 July at 5:45PM.
