All in the Mind Festival aims to shine a light on mental health, encouraging performers and artists to explore mental health themes and break the stigma that still surrounds many aspects of mental health and personal wellbeing.

The Hampshire festival will take place online on Saturday 12 September. The digital doors will open at 10:30AM with the first performances at 11AM. More than 40 acts from around the UK will take part, many of them giving live performances throughout the day.

The festival was started by Leigh Johnstone and his theatre company, Fluid Motion, five years ago.

He said, “we are incredibly excited the festival is almost here, and we cannot wait for people to see what we have in store. The line-up is full of extremely talented people, packed across one fantastic day, who will provide fun, engaging and thought-provoking performances. There really will be something for everyone.”

The full line-up and ticket registration can be found on the festival's web site.
