Britain's favourite hoaxer Karl Power is set to reveal all about infiltrating some of the biggest sporting institutions in the world.
Karl managed to pose on Manchester United UEFA’s team photo, play on Centre Court at Wimbledon, walk out to bat for the England cricket team at Headingley and take to the winner’s podium at the British Grand Prix.
Also known as Fatneck, Karl is writing his autobiography Neck with the help of novelist Karen Woods and Britpop artist Damien Hirst, who is designing the cover.
He said, “I started writing this book since doing the stunts. I'd been reading some of Karen's books and I love her sense of humour.
"We went to the same school and I'm going to be in a play she's written, called Broken Youth, next year at the Lowry Theatre in Salford and then going on a national tour.
“It will go behind the scenes on all the stunts so there will be a few famous names in there. I’ve got loads of photos and videos.
"And it will follow me from a care home to prison, meeting The Clash, Happy Mondays, Keith Allen and Damien Hirst."
Karl is also in talks about a film of his life after meeting Michael Winterbottom, who directed the film 24 Hour Party People.
