6 Degrees Below the Horizon

Imitating the Dog, one of the UK’s most original and innovative performance theatre companies bring their digital projections and inventive story-telling to their latest piece of work, 6 Degrees Below the Horizon.

The production will visit the Contact Theatre in Manchester on May 9.

Drawing on the works of Genet, Wedekind, Brecht and the photography of Pierre et Gilles, 6 Degrees Below the Horizon takes its audiences on a delightful and twisted voyage into a subterranean world in which doing the right thing is seen to have terrible consequences.

Imitating the Dog Theatre creates a fable as a man on his deathbed attempts to explain to his daughter why he abandoned her as a young child.
