After 12 sell-out seasons, awards and nominations for the Manchester Theatre Awards, Reallife Theatre Company next month returns with JB Shorts 13.
Coronation Street and Brookside writer Catherine Hayes, who won a London Critics Circle Award for her play Skirmishes, is among contributors along with Emmerdale writers Chris Thomson and Nick Ahad, and regular JB writers Trevor Suthers, Diane Whitely and Dave Simpson.
Liz Stevenson, who has worked extensively as an assistant director at the Royal Exchange on many critically acclaimed shows, and Manchester Theatre Award nominee Alyx Tole join new directors Barry Evans and Max Shuell. Further casting announcements are to follow.
It runs from April 14 to 25.
Between them, the writers, actors and directors of JB Shorts have worked on numerous TV, radio and stage productions, winning acclaim and awards.
