This summer the UK will be in the midst of dance fever as the national programme, Big Dance 2012, hits cities across the country—and Merseyside schools and groups are being given the opportunity to be part of the event that kicks it all off—and break a Guinness world record in the process!
Kicking off this season of dance in unusual places on May 18 is the Big Dance Schools Pledge—where organisers hope to see 250,000 people dancing to the same choreography across the world, at the same time, thus breaking the Guinness world record of people dancing at the same time in multi venues.
