Potteries-born entertainer Jonathan Wilkes is celebrating his tenth year in panto at Stoke’s Regent Theatre, playing Smee in the 2015 offering Peter Pan.
He said, “we’ve got some fantastic surprises in store this year and we can’t wait to get started. I love coming home to Stoke during Christmas. Not only are the audiences amazing, the theatre is like my second home. We have as much fun in the panto as the audience do watching it.”
Another Regent favourite, Christian Patterson, plays Captain Hook. Shannon Lane will be Peter Pan, Yasmin Wood is Wendy, Georgia Martin plays Tiger Lily and Amanda Coutts is Tinkerbell.
Peter Pan runs at the Regent Theatre from Saturday 5 December until Sunday 3 January 2016.
