Jnr JB Shorts, as its name suggests, is a spin-off from the popular JB Shorts performed in Manchester for more than 10 years.
The show basically is the same as the original with six short plays written and directed by professionals, but with a twist: it features some of Greater Manchester’s young and upcoming actors.
The plays have already been performed by more experienced actors, however last year many who had seen both adaptations found the different takes thoroughly engaging.
This year organisers are hoping to make it bigger and better with four nights this month booked for performances:
- June 20/21 at The Kings Arms, Salford
- June 22/23 The Way Theatre, Victoria Mill, Bolton Old Road, Atherton
