Stand-up comedian and actor Miles Jupp will tour the UK with the world première of The Life I Lead by James Kettle, directed by Selina Cadell, coming to The Lowry in Salford February 22 to 24.

It celebrates an actor best remembered for playing Mr Banks in Mary Poppins and Professor Emelius Browne in Bedknobs and Broomsticks. David Tomlinson was renowned for playing the classic English gent: forthright, proper, and a loveable fool. The Life I Lead sees Jupp bring Tomlinson’s remarkable story to life.
